- 2 eggs
- vanilla flavor
- 30g 100% Whey Protein Professsional in lemon cheesecake flavor
- Grated lemon peel
- Extra sweetener according to your taste
How to prepare it step by step:
1) Let's mix the ingredients together in a bowl
2) We fry the mixture in silicone baking mold (it took 40 minutes for us)
Useful advice: let it cool down, it will stay intact, and if you would like to, you can put more protein into it, because the cake fell apart a bit for us :)
